TURMERIC SPICED HUMMUS ☀️ The perfect sunny snack - packed full of protein which aids satiety & keeps you feeling fuller for longer. I’ve added a generous dose of turmeric which possesses natural anti inflammatory properties & topped with finely chopped parsley, coriander & chilli for some additional skin loving goodness.
Jumped on the banana bread bandwagon 🍌swapped some of the flour for ground almonds & added some chia seeds + chopped nuts for extra protein, fibre & healthy fats 🌟 delicious topped with coconut yoghurt & berries + a cup of matcha 🍵
