Beth teaches hatha & vinyasa flow classes tailored to your specific needs.
Plenty on attention is focused on relaxation and breath work to balance the nervous system and reduce stress whilst the core of the class will be focused on moving the body to boost circulation and aid good digestion. The class will often be finished with a guided meditation.
